Modifications Made To The Recipe
The only modification my group did on this recipe was to add 50 more grams of sugar. We added 50 grams of sugar to simply make our jam more sweeter, since before we added the sugar it lacked the taste of sweetness, and wasn't really that delightful. All other ingredients mixed well creating the right texture of the jam. The only thing that lacked was the right taste. After we added the 50 grams of sugar the jam tasted more sweeter, and more delicious then before. The ingredients tasted better when mixed with the additional sugar. Eventually it also tasted more like jam, leading to our success.
